This will give you acess to March Surf Lessons Only The Monthly Surf Pass is for Nova students who want to surf regularly during the semester, without committing to fixed days or rigid schedules. You get access to one surf session per week, in small groups, on weekdays. Sessions are planned weekly based on conditions and shared via WhatsApp. All equipment is included. This is not a one-off lesson, it’s a simple way to stay in the water, improve gradually, and make surfing part of your routine during the semester. You have until the 27th of each month to pay the Monthly Surf Pass for the following month. The pass operates in fixed monthly cycles and activates on the 1st of each month, regardless of purchase date. Payment can be made anytime, but access starts only at the beginning of the next cycle. Lessons Included The pass includes one (1) group surf lesson per week during the active month. Weekly Use & Carry-Over Each lesson is valid only for its scheduled week. Lessons cannot be carried over to another week or month, even if not attended. Scheduling Schedules are shared weekly and may vary. ASSW Surf Academy defines schedules based on ocean conditions, instructor availability, and group balance, ensuring fair access for all participants. Communication (WhatsApp Group) Active pass holders are added to a WhatsApp group for their valid month. This group shares the weekly schedule and allows attendance confirmation. You must confirm or cancel lessons 24 hours in advance. Access is limited to the active month. Booking & Attendance Lessons must be confirmed via WhatsApp and are subject to availability, ocean conditions, and minimum group requirements. Missed lessons are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Non-Transferability The pass is personal, non-transferable, and cannot be shared. Ocean & Safety Conditions Lessons depend on ocean and weather conditions. ASSW Surf Academy may reschedule or cancel if conditions are unsafe. Renewal & Cancellation The pass is only for the month after you payed, if you want to cancel it you have 24 hours before the first day of the month. If you wish to continue you will need to buy next month´s batch. Refund Policy No refunds for partial months, missed lessons, or unused sessions. Purpose & Fair Use This structured monthly model ensures consistent group lessons, proper instructor scheduling, and sustainability of ASSW Surf Academy’s social impact and employability programs.

Schedules are defined by ASSW Surf Academy based on ocean conditions, instructor availability, and group balance. This rotating schedule ensures fair access for all participants. Communication (WhatsApp Group) Active Monthly Surf Pass holders will be added to a WhatsApp group for the month in which their pass is valid. This group is used exclusively to share the weekly lesson schedule and for participants to confirm their attendance. You have 24 hours before the lesson to confirm it or to cancel the lesson. Access to the group is limited to the active monthly cycle. Booking & Attendance Lessons must be confirmed in advance via the WhatsApp group and are subject to availability, ocean conditions, and minimum group requirements. Missed lessons are not refundable or reschedulable. Non-Transferability The Monthly Surf Pass is personal and non-transferable and may not be shared with others. Ocean & Safety Conditions All surf lessons are subject to ocean and weather conditions. ASSW Surf Academy reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions if conditions are deemed unsafe. Renewal & Cancellation The pass renews automatically on a monthly basis unless cancelled before the start of the next monthly cycle. Cancellations must be made prior to renewal to avoid being charged for the following month. Refund Policy No refunds are issued for partial months, missed lessons, or unused sessions.
