Política de Cancelamento

By canceling or rescheduling a schedule surf lesson, we require all customers to advise at least 24 hours before. In case of cancellation after time or non-compared cancellation, the full value of the session will be charged. If the client arrives after 15 minutes of the session start hours, will be deemed not to appear. We open exception in special cases. If you need to reschedule that session will need to be scheduled within 7 days of cancellation. If we need to reschedule less than 24 hours prior to hours, the customer will not be charged and will have priority in rescheduling or will be fully reimbursed if so desired.
